As a small meat business selling beef reared to extremely high standards (100% grass fed and organic animals reared on regenerating soils are few and far between) we have the problem that you only get one heart, one liver etc per animal leaving 300kg of ‘other’ meat to sell before we can make those products available again. This has led to us simply not listing the products as they would spend most of the time ‘out of stock’.

Instead we have decided to package the products into appealing frozen boxes that allows us a bit more flexibility and you the chance to fill up your freezer with a stock of some of the most nutrient dense meats in existence.

Box Contents all the beef is 100% grass fed (Pasture for life) and organic.

8 x 200-300g packets of beef liver.

2 x 200-300g packets of beef kidney.

Fat up to 1kg taken from around the organs.

A whole beef heart or tongue

Oxtail (cut into pieces) or beef cheeks

Onglet sliced 500g

1kg marrow bones

Our meats are perfect for those following diets based on ancestral wisdom as they are as close as possible to meats from the wild.

The beef, lamb, mutton and hogget are 100% grass fed and carry the “Pasture for life” logo, providing reassurance of nutrient quality and traceability amongst a world of misleading “grass fed meat” products. We offer certified organic or free-range chicken and our pork is organic raised (but not certified) and free to roam. Our wild game comes from estates across Scotland, the North of England and the Forest of Dean in Gloucestershire.
