Our 100% grass-fed rose veal comes from an 8 month old Guernsey veal calf that has been reared by Simon Cutter at Model Farm in Herefordshire. Grazing the permanent pasture and herbal leys the calf has been reared alongside it’s mother, sharing her rich, creamy milk with Simon and Sue.
Our 100% grass-fed lamb and beef come from a collection of farms that manage their land holistically. They don’t use any fertilisers or pesticides. As a result of careful holistic management, our farms promote a wealth of biodiversity and maintain healthy soils that sequester carbon from the atmosphere. When soils are nourished and deep, they are full of essential minerals and vitamins. These healthy soils hold water better making them more resistant to drought and even help prevent flooding.
Our farms are pro-active in their livestock management techniques. These techniques matched with a nourishing pasture-based diet prevents the need for routine medicines and antibiotics.
The cows live on a 100% pasture diet, they never receive any grains. They are both ‘Pasture for life’ and ‘Organic’ certified.
Our organic grass fed beef is naturally high in a wide range of nutrients that are beneficial to health.

The beef, lamb, mutton and hogget are 100% grass fed and carry the “Pasture for life” logo, providing reassurance of nutrient quality and traceability amongst a world of misleading “grass fed meat” products. We offer certified organic or free-range chicken and our pork is organic raised (but not certified) and free to roam. Our wild game comes from estates across Scotland, the North of England and the Forest of Dean in Gloucestershire.
