This is a meaty paleo pork sausage with zero preservatives (nitrate free) in it. We use pork belly and natural skins to help maintain the flavour and traditional ‘bite’. These sausages are still hand linked in the traditional fashion.
Our paleo pork sausages are Paleo Diet, Primal blueprint and GAPS diet friendly as well as ideal for those who want to lower carbs to minimise insulin response and lose weight or go grain and gluten free to avoid aggravating the gut.
We don’t use nasty ‘table salt’ due to the processing and additives so instead use himalayan rock salt which has been shown to be hugely beneficial to our health. Learn more The great salt myth
