Description

This is a meaty paleo pork sausages with healthy sea greens instead of salt. The sea greens sausages are totally nitrate free. We use pork belly and natural skins to help maintain the flavour and traditional ‘bite’. These sausages are still hand linked in the traditional fashion. Sea greens add a huge range of beneficial nutrients to your meal and are ideal for those who wish to reduce their salt intake or swap their salt for a nutrient dense alternative.

Our paleo pork sausages with sea greens are Paleo Diet,  Primal blueprint and GAPS diet friendly as well as ideal for those who want to lower carbs to minimise insulin response and lose weight or go grain and gluten free to avoid aggravating the gut.

We use sea greens to add nutrients to your delicious sausages as well as a gentle slightly salty flavour.

The paleo sausages are from pigs who have roamed and rooted freely throughout their lives.
