Produced by Laura and Matt Elliott who are first generation tenant farmers on the National Trust’s Sherborne Estate in Gloucestershire. The biltong is made from silverside steaks from the farm’s own herd of cattle. The herd is pasture for life certified meaning that you can be sure that their beef is 100% grass fed and raised to the high welfare standards demanded by the Pasture Fed Livestock Association.
