These delicious paleo lamb and mint burgers are seasoned with mint which is a wonderful companion for our full flavoured grass fed lamb. The burgers are nitrate and preservative free. These burgers are still hand pressed and we use the consistency and fat to help the burger stay formed during cooker without the need for ‘fillers and binders’.

Our paleo lamb and mint burgers are totally grain free, ideal for those following a Paleo Diet,  Primal blueprint, ketogenic and GAPS diet. These grain free burgers will also suit those who like to keep their carbohydrates low to minimise an insulin response and for anyone who just wants to avoid the damaging effects of gluten and other anti nutrients on the gut.
