Our organic grass fed rack of lamb makes a wonderful centrepiece for a stylish dinner party. A 4 bone rack is ideal for 1 good portion or two small portions. The meat in our rack of organic grass fed lamb is delicate and tender.

Our organic grass fed lamb comes from a collection of farms that manage their land holistically. They don’t  use any fertilisers or pesticides. Careful holistic management promotes a wealth of biodiversity and maintains healthy soils that sequester carbon from the atmosphere. When soils are nourished and deep, they are full of essential minerals and vitamins. These healthy soils hold water better making them more resistant to drought and even help prevent flooding.

Our farms are pro-active in their livestock management techniques. These techniques matched with a nourishing pasture-based diet prevents the need for routine medicines and antibiotic’s.

The ewes and lambs live on a 100% pasture diet, they never receive any grains. They are both ‘Pasture for life’ and ‘Organic’ certified.

Our organic grass fed lamb is naturally high in a wide range of nutrients that are beneficial to health.
