Our organic and grass fed lamb steaks are steaks from the more tender part of the leg which when cooked quickly and served ‘pink’ make a delicious and tender alternative to chops with the convenience of no bone. Our lamb steaks are both certified organic and pasture for life so receive no grains and are from a management system that does not use pesticides, chemical fertilisers or non- natural medicines.
Grass fed lamb has shown to have a higher nutrient profile than grain fed lamb.
