Our organic grass fed lamb breast is a ‘value’ cut of meat that can make a rich gravy and tasty meal if cooked long and slow. The high fat content creates a confit-style of cooking and the meat is both soft and juicy. Our lamb is 100% grass fed so the fats are more likely to be naturally higher in ‘stearic acid’ which is the type of saturated fat that has least effect on your blood cholesterol levels.
