100% grass fed beef contains more ‘good’ fats that help fight disease like cancer and diabetes and is higher in minerals and vitamins. Our grass fed beef rolled rib joint is ‘hung’ for 28 days for a richer taste and better texture.

Our organic grass fed beef comes from a collection of farms that manage their land holistically. They don’t  use any fertilisers or pesticides. As a result of careful holistic management, our farms promote a wealth of biodiversity and maintain healthy soils that sequester carbon from the atmosphere. When soils are nourished and deep, they are full of essential minerals and vitamins. These healthy soils hold water better making them more resistant to drought and even help prevent flooding.

Our farms are pro-active in their livestock management techniques. These techniques matched with a nourishing pasture-based diet prevents the need for routine medicines and antibiotics.

The cows live on a 100% pasture diet, they never receive any grains. They are both ‘Pasture for life’ and ‘Organic’ certified.

Our organic grass fed beef is naturally high in a wide range of nutrients that are beneficial to health.

Our Chicken is Organic certified and our pork is organic raised (but not certified) and free to roam. All our wild game comes from several estates across Cumbria.
